Discovered by John McIntosh at his farm inCanada in 1811, the apple has a distinctive vinous aromatic and flavorprofile that persists through fermentation. It is crisp, perfumed, andsmooth, reminiscent of cream soda, peach rings, and lemons. 100%McIntosh apples from Uncle John's Cider Mill. This cider is semi-dry.
