Pale Ale DDH with Talus and Michigan ChinookCan Release 9/9 - $17/4-packTerroir (the taste of the growing region) is just as much a factor for hops as it is winegrapes. People associate dankness and citrus with the Chinook grown in the Pacific Northwest, but this lot of Chinook was grown in Michigan. The result is a Chinook with a juicier huge grapefruit and even pineapple. The Talus brings tropical notes and just a touch of creamy sweetness. Overall a deliciously juicy pale ale hopped like an IPA!
