Dripping In Green: Mosaic - West Coast is a WC IPA loaded to the maximum with every form of Mosaic we could get our hands on. It pours a golden yellow colour with a high level of clarity. On the nose we get light berries and pithy grapefruit notes. One sip will take you to Mosaic heaven. Sticky and resinous with a firm bitterness. Saturating notes of overripe mango, bubblegum and grapefruit and orange zest. Mosaic in all its glory.Our Dripping In Green series sees us load every form of a hop variety we can get our hands on into each beer. We've employed all our hotside DIG techniques and morphed them with our West Coast malt base and dry-hopping method.
