A leap forward into Springtime (Vor): Almost as bitter as our winters still refreshing as -hopefully- this springtime. We added Cascade and Amarillo (US) hops into the whirlpool and a load of Triskel (FR) went as dry-hops.Is a complex ale: 67% wheat (malted and unmalted), some banana aroma from fermentation plus fruits from the American hops and flowers from the French ones. To be consumed before the scorching summer arrives.
