Smoked Plum Wild AleThe base beer is a Saison made using 33% rye malt, which adds a spicy fruitforward acid profile. This beer was then aged in peated whisky barrels fromSpringbank Distillery and then further aged on halved plums without stones.Grassy peat forwards smoky nose with underlying fruit. Rich plum notes with smoke and fruity acidity. Finishing on peaty smoke and oak barrel tannins.
