This classic style originates in Bavaria, one of the beer meccas of the world. It is a strong, full bodied lager that was often brewed in March and cellared for use in the summer. Any that was left over was served at that largest of beer festivals, Oktoberfest.Our version showcases a heritage German Malt variety, as well as German hops & Lager yeast for authenticityShowcasing traditional lightly toasted, bready German malt character in a clean lager, well-balanced by subtle citrus & herbal notes.
