This is one of eight releases of barrelaged Imperial Stout. One brew, splitinto eight different casks and left todevelop and absorb the characterand flavour embedded in the wood.This one has been resting in a 5year Marsala Cask and has acquiredsweet, vanilla and stewed apricotnotes, with a rich tamarind quality.These will develop over time but thisis excellent to drink right now.
