On Guard!

On Guard! is a 5.5% Canadian Pilsner brewed with all Canadian ingredients - Cascade hops from our friends @Backroadshops, malt from @rahrmalt, yeast from @escarpmentlabs and water from the beautiful Lake Ontario. We brewed this for The Canadian Pilsner Project which was started by our friends @TrueHistoryBrewing. It's well-balanced with a crispy, crackery malt backbone and a classic, slightly floral hop character.
