Belgian Wit. Inspired by a cucumber gin cooler. Spiced with juniper berries, grains of paradise, orange peel, coriander and fermented on cucumber and lime zest. The final beer was then blended with Hendrix gin. Refreshing cucumber aroma with a dry spicy finish.
