A light, refreshing German wheat beer with high carbonation, dry finish, creamy consistency and an expressive banana and clove yeast profile. The aroma is phenolic (usually clove) and ethereal (typically banana). Wheat aroma (perceived as bread-like). light straw color. Very thick, whipped cream-like, persistent white foam. Opaque. Taste: banana and clove and barely perceptible notes of chewing gum that accentuate the banana flavor and aroma, sweetness and roundness. Soft, bready wheat profile. No hop flavor at all, hop bitterness is negligible. Rounded, rich profile has a relatively dry finish.
