The strongest version of Scotch Ale. It has a malty profile, high alcohol content (10% ABV) and a sweet flavor. This style dates back to the 18th century, when hops were less common and less used, leaving the dominant flavor to the malt. The result is a beer with notes of caramel and toffee.This delicious creation was a collaboration between 12 Marias and Post Scriptum, We had lot of fun brewing it!!!
