This single varietal Dolgo cider is made with the very first crop we pressed ourselves.Dolgo is a crabapple with an incredible aroma, reminiscent of ripe fruit on a forest floor. Energizing acid and chalky apple tannins pull it all together.We've loved the singular character of this variety for a very long time. In the past, we've never gotten enough of a crop to make it into a cider on its own because it's an important part of our mainstay: Time and Place.The bumper crop of 2019 made us very happy indeed. We reckon it'll make you pretty happy too.
