Brewed with five different malts and italian Savoiardi biscuits and fermented with Wyeast 1084 - the original Evolution of Lights recipe.Then conditioned on Royal Kona Private Reserve Medium Toast 100% Kona Coffee beans, handroasted cacao nibs and twice soaked Maker‘s Mark french medium toast oak chips.Blended with a 24h cold brewed coffee from hand grounded Kona coffee beans.Finally bottled with Lallemand‘s CBC-1 yeast and carefully wax dipped.
