We have a new version of our Yochan sour series, Yuzu Berry! We wanted to use raspberries and our local strawberries but also wanted to change things a bit this time. Luckily we still had some yuzu peel in our freezer from the tree behind the brewery. We also used a saison yeast to give the beer a little bit of spiciness in the background and some more complexity.
