Long Nights is out take on a West Coast IPA, driven by our favorite west coast style hops, namely Chinook, Cascade and Amarillo. The base beer uses Maris Otter and a bit of dextrine malt and then fermented with a classic West coast yeast. The Chinook and Amarillo provide a big kick of pine and citrus, while the Amarillo provides more tropical fruit aroma. Perfect for the long winter nights.
