Another Malört barrel aged mead with a polish twist, this time featuring Tangerine. The base mead spent over a year aging in barrels gaining those Polish style micro-oxidation notes. We then added tangerine and transferred it to a Malört barrel to age for another 10 months. Citrus flavors and Malört work beautifully together. We think you’ll agree.
