Utilising the freshest crop of Polly’s Stewart Simcoe, and one of the new darlings of the brewing scene in HBC 630 fresh from Yakima Chief’s hop breeding programme over in the States, this pale ale is positively bursting at the scenes with sweet fruit notes, peaches, cherries, and mango, before mellowing out to a gentle bitterness to keep things in check.
