Gather ye Rosebuds 2024 was made in collaboration with authors and bakers Michael and Pippa James in celebration of their newest book Sweet Seasons.The ale was brewed with Organic red wheat and Organic heritage barley wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW. Oak aged ale was macerated with Organic quince and Organic crab apples from Block 11 Farm as well as Organically grown quince from Ravensworth.It was bottled with raw, unheated Blue Mountains Polyflora wild honey from naturally formed, bee-friendly Warré hives from Tim and Emma Malfroy and allowed to naturally condition and carbonate before release.Made for The Collective and the launch of Sweet Seasons.
