Our good friend Chris's loquat tree provided a few dozen pounds of fruit this year!We pressed the fruit by hand and combined it with the finest local Orange Blossom honey in the past ten years.The result is an amazing sweet, tart, floral mead, with flavors of peaches, apples, and pears that truly showcases the fruit and local terroir.
