Aroma Mango, Coconut, Papaya and slight spice notes. Strong flavour of Mango and Papaya with supporting flavours of stone fruit and herbal notes. This beer has been Dry Hopped using Yakima Chiefs new product “CRYO POP” a supercharged pellet bleck packed with the most effective aromatic components!To bring out the full range of juicy flavors that this new hop blend could provide we Dry Hopped the beer during active fermentation in order to start a process called "Biotransformation" a complex chemical process during which yeast cells transform hop components into new, often boldly aromatic compounds.
