Our PureBrett series was planned as a beer fermented solely by a brettanomyces strain (claussennii) with an addition of some fruit. However, this batch turned out dry-ish, funky, farmhouse like, fruity, slightly phenolic.. simply rich in all aspects that we decided not to ruin it with any fruit. So, we are giving to you a pure PureBrett, simple, straightforward..Vulgaris
