Hood to Fuji brings brewers from across the Pacific together once a year for some cultural cross-pollination. This year we worked with Minoh Brewery in Osaka to brew Momoiro - a light pink, west coast style IPA with Waimea and Strata hops and 126 pounds of prickly pear cactus.It’s a most lush and fruity, pink prickly pear IPA.
