We did it all for the Nookie!Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel aged Cookies 'n' Cream Impy. Our 10 malt Impy base has been tucked away for 6 months in a Heaven Hill Barrel with cacao nibs to give a deceptively smooth drinking imperial stout with a cookies n cream sweetness over a roasty bitterness before the bourbon finish kicks in.
