This super light and easy drinking Witbier takes its inspiration from the classic Belgian style with a few twists. Starting with a traditional base of wheat and pilsner malts, this beer has a soft mouthfeel. The addition of coriander seed and fresh orange peel add a spiciness and citrus element while the use of a Norwegian farmhouse yeast adds complexity and a cloudy appearance.
