A kettle sour using Lactobacillus delbrueckii, a strain that highlights both berry and citrus flavours. We used a blend of Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, and Pomegranate to create a berry bomb! Lots of tart fruit, citrus, and blueberry jam notes.
