After aging in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, this beer was rested in organic Tanzanian cocoa nibs roasted by Mast Chocolate out of Brooklyn New York.An array of roasted and caramel malts complimented by a dash of flaked oats create a big, complex, stout with a smooth mouthfeel.
