Dark ruby red in colour with a bright clarity. Dank resinous and pine aromas are booming and are accompanied by subtle notes of candied citrus and toffee. A medium body and firm lingering bitterness are blended well with a toffee-like sweetness. Dryhopped with Talus and Eclipse.Named after the momentous WA chip shortage of 2022 which was fought against with a chip cutting machine strapped to an old block of wood.Enjoy!
