Continuing our line of fruited sour experiments here at Brus, we introduce Guava Nice Day.Brewed with a simple malt base of Pilsner and Wheat, to allow the fruit and lactobacillus to shine.After souring, we added just a touch of Mosaic hops, to add a bit of bitterness and a bit of extra fruitiness.After fermentation, we added a ton of Guava and Peach purré. It is very close to the most amount of fruit we have ever added to a beer!
