This medium-bodied, light, golden-colored, Pale Ale is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna malt and flaked wheat and is hopped with Magnum, Citra, Mosaic and Kohatu hops for slight citrus fruit aroma. Not bitter, but crisp this ale is perfect for the Caribbean weather. Try it with chicken wings or a grilled chicken sandwich.
