Brewed for Rare Beer Challenge 2025. Cryo-Reserve pours a pale gold with a crisp, refined body. Brewed with Lemondrop Cryohops and freeze-distilled jasmine green tea, it offers bright citrus, floral, and herbal aromas. The ice refinement process—inspired by Eisbock techniques—concentrates flavours and boosts ABV, creating a delicate balance of soft malt, vibrant tea, and a warming finish. A rare, cryogenic twist on a classic Kölsch.
