Fresh New Year, FRESH new beer! And we’re kicking off with a massive tropical juice bomb! Malted oats, chit wheat and light lager throw a luscious hazy almost a rose gold colour with a thick white decadent foam. The hop bill is a generous blend of Mosaic, Galaxy and Krush. We’ve been off the Galaxy for a while, but we’ve got a new batch and it’s back to its old ripe fruit salad tricks. Then layer on Krush (one of the most exciting new hop varieties to drop in the last few years) and a load of Mosaic and you’ve got an explosion of fruit flavour. Name a tropical fruit and it's there. Mango, passionfruit, pineapple, guava, starfruit, rambutan and a hint of fresh rock melon, all with a twist of lime. Like putting a whole box of skittles in your mouth at once and diving into a swimming pool full of fruit punch. What a way to start 2025! Happy New Year!Art By - Daron Parton
