Eight Degrees Brewing was awarded a bronze medal in the 2014 World Beer Cup in one of the most hotly contested categories -the American-Style Amber/Red Ale category. It won the medal for its Amber-Ella beer, an ale made with American and Australian hops balanced with malt tones.Amber-Ella was initially brewed only last September, as a ‘one night stand’ for the Irish Craft Beer and Cider Festival.
