This carrot cake inspired barrel aged smoothie sour uses a delicate blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove with a dollop of vanilla to seal the deal in that icing sort of way. We went as high as 45% with the adjuncts on this one to really land that carrot flavour. It's a sweet & sour cakey treat in a more manageable 355mL size!
