We aged this tart pale in a bourbon barrel that previously held a porter (Barrel Cured). The dark beer saturating the wood adds a cocoa-husk aroma that we augmented with a subtle touch of Geisha coffee beans (.5 lb/bbl). The jasmine and berry notes add depth to a sour beer that is unique, even by our standards!
