Mango Lemoncello

This mead started by combining a ton of candied mangos with rare Fireweed honey, which is regarded as “the champagne of honey”. We then added fresh lemon zest and juice to balance the sweetness. The result is a fruity, unique mead with a lovely marriage of tart and sweet.
