Hand Hold IPA - 6.2% ???When new hop products come out, we can't wait to try them. Working with Centennial "Salvo" (a new flowable hop product) has been fun. We went "old school" on this IPA, with Centennial hops (both T90 and Salvo) along with our hand selected Mosaic.This is a thick beer. Loads of Orange marmalade jam, sweet pine, blueberry jam and some dankness...For those beer lovers who love the hazy New England style but long for the West Coast IPA aroma, look no further.
