Our german on Site brewer combined one of her most loved beer styles with her favourite fruits and created: Back to BerlinA fruited Berliner Weisse - infused with fresh Strawberry Puree, Raspberry Puree and Rhubarb NFC. We fermented it with the Philly Sour yeast which creates a complex and fruity character. A wonderful refresher for those hot summer days.
