Hold Music is a fresh and zesty double-dry hopped pale ale, which we've hit with a US/Kiwi combo of Wakatu, Pacifica, Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. We get plenty of punchy notes of orange citrus, berries and papaya thanks to a healthy DDH. This one is smooth on the palate with a medium body and a dry and refreshing finish. We see ourselves crushing a few pints of this in the taproom for sure.
