A buzzworthy Saison that spent over a year in wine barrels with several different strains of wild yeast. Each strain imparting its own unique, funky, Belgian characteristics. Towards the end of its barrel tenure we added a bit of the hive’s finest honey for a singing sweetness that harmonizes in perfect unison with that barrel funk.
