This is a simple beer brewed with wheat that was fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and aged in oak. It is a blend of multiple barrels, some containing fruit (raspberry seconds!), to create the balance and fruit character that we are aiming for. Bright, clean and tart ... superb!
