RUSH ignites a surge of excitement, echoing the rush of bungy jumping and the burst of flavour in a New Zealand IPA. With Nelson Sauvin hops, it offers a sensory journey akin to diving into the unkown. Each sip embodies the thrill of freefall, with hints of passionfruit, gooseberry, and citrus zest dancing on the palate, inviting you to savor the exhilaration of the moment.Our third collaboration with AJ Hackett for the NZIPA Challenge held at Smiths Craft Beer House in Queenstown. The rules for this challenge are to be a new beer using only New Zealand ingredients. Even though we haven't put it on the label we have used 100% organic NZ grown barley and organic NZ grown Nelson Sauvin hops. We wanted to make a tasty and delicious, yet highly drinkable beer which celebrates the best NZ organic ingredients we could get hold of. Even though it is hoppy, it isn't crazy hoppy like some of our other beers. It is 7.2% and it still has a fair amount of hops in the aroma and flavour.
