Padraig's Stout

To celebrate our first St. Patrick's Day in Chicago, we brewed a 7.7% stout inspired by Irish Coffee. Notes of roasted coffee and espresso are already associated with our stouts, but we highlight those aromas and flavors even more by adding roasted espresso beans from our pals at Intelligentsia. We also added Madagascar vanilla powder and cacao to create a rich, complex stout, sure to remind you of the classic cocktail.
