Troika V3 - Celebration of Simcoe

Описание

Google Troika and you’ll see 3 horses pulling a sleigh or a wagon! We have selected 3 hops to showcase and used different products of these hops to really harness some big flavours into these beers. Troika is all about 3’s. In Troika V3 we focus on Simcoe, while admittedly we only use two types of it (Cryo and T90) but we use so much of it that does it really matter??? Simcoe has been described as “Cascade on steroids” so you can expect powerful flavours of grapefruit, passion fruit, pine and berry, Cryopop and Citra Spectrum rear up again to send this Colt on a surefooted gallop to Tastyville. See you there!!
