If you have ever been to our taproom you might have noticed our taproom manager, Piper. This beer was named after her and for good reason. It is bright, bubbly, and even wants to make you dance...just like Piper. Done in a classic West Coast IPA fashion of lower bitterness, high hop flavor and aroma, this beer was hopped with a 5.5 lb/bbl combo of Simcoe, Mosaic, and New Zealand Cascade giving it all the classic West Coast IPA notes of pine, citrus, and good times.
