Developed by Head of Brewery Operations in Perth, Jackson Purser, this golden ale tilts a cap to the building’s location at 440 Murray Street. Fun fact, that was once Sony HQ, hence the frequency waves dispersed across the can.It was brewed at our Port Adelaide facility with a blend of malted barley, wheat and purified water. Hop varieties Idaho-7, Citra and Cascade supply notes of citrus and a mild bitterness too – just enough to kick your palate into gear.Expect a golden hue and persistent haze. Aromas of stone fruit dart from the collar, which settles cloudy and white. Once sipped, bright carbonation accentuates a clean and refreshing mouthfeel, with hints of pale malt and pine.
