Dry-Hopped Pineapple Sour

A light and refreshing sour ale with bright citrus notes and a dry, tangy finish. We added a small amount of pineapple to the beer post-fermentation and then a healthy dry hop of Galaxy and El Dorado to bring aromas of pineapple, guava, pink grapefruit and mango, making it a perfect beer for sunshine.
