Triple dry hopped golden sour ale aged inchampagne barrels.Deep golden and slightly hazy with a lasting off white pillowy head. Aroma is mainly mandarin and grapefruit with notes of apricot peel, sunburned grass and a spicy quality reminiscent of dank pot. The body is light with some slickness and bright effervescence from the bottle conditioning. The flavour is grapefruit layered with fresh bread dough, bergamot and sour candy. The aftertaste is tart, finishing with a lasting drying bitterness.
