This hazy, straw-coloured wheat beer is modelled on the classic Witbier of Belgium. In addition to the tart, phenolic characteristics from the special “Witte” yeast strain, an infusion of freshly ground Coriander seeds and crushed Seville Oranges, provides pleasant notes of fruit and spice with a crisp yet silky mouthfeel.
