Haze Not Found is a West Coast double IPA. This style is about bitterness, balance and hop forward flavours, and that's what we give you. A big and bold nose of sticky apricot and marmalade blends together with a resinous hop oil characteristic that is just about to coat your mouth. Take a sip and welcome a firm bitterness that goes hand in hand with punchy grapefruit zest, pine, sticky mango nectar and a hint of tropical fruit. The finish is bitter but no without a zestiness to keep things pleasant. Overall the balance between malt body, bitterness and dry hop presence is somewhat of a symphony.
