Dreaming Of Green: Simcoe + Mosaic is a brand new West Coast IPA which we've applied our ultra saturating Green technique to. We've layered through every single type of Simcoe + Mosaic product we could get our hands on to bring you a saturating and dank West Coast IPA. We're super stoked on this one, and the flavours and clean and punchy. On the nose, we get a big whack of overipe fruit and a borderline dank weedy sniff. Take a sip and expect a solid upfront bitterness, with plenty of pine, a hint of berry and tropical fruit followed by a zesty and resinous citrus kick. On the back end it's sticky and saturating with a lingering citrus bitterness.
